I provide support at all life-stages.I am eclectic while taking into account the particular psycho-dynamics of the individual.I also work extensively with anxiety and depression. I studied at the Harvard Mind and Body Institute. I combine this information into mind body work for anxiety and depression.I have what is most important that is to listen to others with my mind and my heart.
