I am licensed in NJ and PA to help people who are suffering and stuck. You may be feeling anxious and depressed. As I listen and get to know you, you can grow to know more of yourself. This process can help you discover new choices for reaching your personal goals. I offer in-person and Zoom sessions. I strongly encourage 2 x per week in order to deepen the process, so we can move to developing the courage you need to tackle your life challenges Much depends on your willingness to commit to yourself.
