I get it! Life is hard and full of transitions. Some transitions are easy and leave you feeling good about yourself and the world. Others, become a series of complex challenges that often turn your life inside out. You start to feel lost and alone as you attempt to navigate the physical, emotional, mental and maybe even spiritual pressures of life. These transitions don’t have to be disastrous. Counseling sometimes presents an opportunity to view things from a different angle. Sometimes it’s all you need to return to normal or to find a “new normal.”
