Hi, I’m Elaine! I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, couples, and military families navigating life’s ups and downs. Many of my clients come to me struggling with relationship challenges, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression—feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to create the changes you want in your life. I have a special place in my heart for military members, veterans, and their families, and I understand the unique challenges that come with military life, transitions, and reintegration.
