Sometimes the walls around us feel like they are collapsing. The pressure from unmet expectations, relationships, career challenges, parenting struggles, school, loss or feelings of hopelessness can drive us to high levels of stress which may result in underlying symptoms of anxiety, depression or a deep feeling of agitation. My name is Elaine Pike and I am an associate marriage and family therapist and clinical counselor, establishing a solid trusting relationship with my clients that includes a safe space with confidentiality, respect, validation, support, and encouragement.
