As a licensed professional counselor, I utilize a holistic approach, which includes acknowledging the importance of body, soul, and spirit for a balanced therapeutic approach. I typically work with adult clients aged 18 to geriatric. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, and ADHD. As a therapist, I work closely with my clients to identify the best therapeutic methods that would allow clients to gain the needed skills in incremental stages to achieve their treatment goals.
