Since 1990 I've helped couples create loving, lasting relationships. A premarital inventory (FOCCUS or PREPARE) pinpoints relationship strengths, and helps resolve conflicts. PREP communication and problem-solving skills help you find win-win solutions. PREP Couples have greater satisfaction and 1/2 the risk of divorce. If you feel like giving up, couple counseling identifies the real problems and how to resolve them. If kids are driving you crazy, "Love & Logic" keeps you calm & kind as kids develop respect, responsibility & self-esteem. Individual counseling helps overcome anger, depression, fears, stress; and develop assertiveness, self-esteem, social comfort, willpower. From session #1, I give you tools to build the life YOU want.
