I provide an accepting, supportive, and professional space for my clients to express themselves. I offer healthy ways to cope with stress, communicate effectively, and challenge negative thoughts. I help individuals, families, and couples struggling with conflicts, adjustments, parenting, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges and more. Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Emotionally Focused Therapy are some of my preferred treatment modalities. For children, I incorporate CBT into play techniques.
