Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, CA. I received my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and have been practicing for over 14 years, both as a therapist and in community mental health settings. I help adults who are feeling stuck with depression, relationship issues, and challenging childhood issues become the best versions of themselves. I help clients come to terms with their past, heal, grow, and move forward. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will explore what goals you are hoping to achieve in attending therapy. This will help me create a individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
