Hi, I’m a licensed master’s-level social worker based in Michigan with over twenty years of experience, including the past eight years dedicated specifically to behavioral health. I’m passionate about supporting adults of all ages. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you build meaningful coping strategies, and support you as you work toward your goals. In our first session, we will get to know each other. I will want to find out what brought you to therapy and what you hope will get better in your life as a result of working together.
