About

I offer both individual and couples therapy for people navigating major life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have experience supporting queer and trans clients, individuals managing ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, people managing OCD, people navigating substance use from a harm reduction lens, polyamorous and non-monogamous clients, and those impacted by gender-based violence and the criminal legal system. I also work with clients experiencing relationship stress, anxiety, and conflict across many types of relationships.
