I'm passionate about providing individualized treatment to fit my clients' specific goals. I have a compassionate, non-preachy approach but don't believe in letting my clients coast by without doing any self-work. I am certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both of which I offer via telehealth. I believe that central to our struggles are our unmet needs, some past, some current, which have led us to compulsive/addictive behaviors and unhealthy attachments. If clients are open to it, I use a Buddhist psychology and mindfulness lens when appropriate.
