Suicidal Ideation? As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with Adolescents, Adults, Individuals, Couples, and Groups. I see people as unique individuals, each one requiring different interventions and techniques. I am patient and sensitive to your needs and I am committed to helping you along your path. I apply a number of theories and modes of treatment in my practice to best suit individual needs. My background as a school counselor and educator has provided me with the opportunity to successfully work with families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. I am also trained in mindfulness, which teaches how to be more fully present. Research supports, this offers more insight and clarity in one's life. I have 14 years of working as a clinician.
