I specialize in working with LGBTQ, couples, parenting issues, sex positive, and body positive care. As we live through challenging, difficult times, we remain complex, unique, individuals. Technology and social media quick fixes don't work. Together we will work to expand your intrinsic capacity to trust yourself and the choices you make when navigating adversity in personal relationships and the world. I see therapy as a very personal, unique, experience that can't be described by one phrase. My work is about you as an individual, your history, strengths, insecurities, who you really are, in a safe and authentic environment.
