I specialize in couples counseling. Neither of you is THE problem. Instead, based on attachment science, I try and help you uncover what is truly happening between you and why, despite your best efforts, it's not working. With time and in session guidance you learn new ways to reach and respond to one another creating a more safe, secure and satisfying relationship. The approach I use and have advanced training in is called Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and it is the Gold Standard in couples treatment with more than 40 years of research supporting its positive outcomes.
