Life can feel heavy at different points, sometimes it shows up as anxiety, sadness, family or relationship conflict, or simply feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. Even if you’ve been “handling things” for a long time, it’s okay to want support. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan to better understand emotions, patterns, and relationships. My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I’m not here to judge or rush you — I’m here to listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels right. I also like to use humor when appropriate to lighten things up and make therapy feel approachable and real.
