I believe therapy is a singularly powerful space, offering time for exploration, deep insight, and support in navigating life's challenges. I work with adults who come to therapy for a wide-range of reasons, such as anxiety, depression, relational trauma, divorce, loss, and other big life transitions. A large focus of my practice is working with folks navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. This may look like support in undergoing IVF or other reproductive assistance, processing a birth experience, or help in managing postpartum depression or anxiety.
