I specialize in working with women who are facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, stress, marriage and interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, reactivity, life transitions, prenatal & postpartum challenges, parenting challenges, depression, and identity struggles. Being a human is nuanced, confusing, and hard – but has so much potential to be exciting, fulfilling, and joyful, as well. Women and moms face unique challenges.
