Hi! My name is Eleanor (she/her). I am a queer, white, neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Chicago, Illinois. I primarily work with people with cognitive impairment and their loved ones, whether due to strokes, traumatic brain injuries, dementia, neurodivergence, chronic health issues (i.e. multiple sclerosis, Long-COVID), or functional neurological symptoms, or some combination thereof. My work experiences range from hospice care to a helpline to skilled nursing to support services for older adults.
