About
I work with people who have spent much of their lives feeling like they don’t quite fit the mold. As an openly queer and neurodivergent therapist, I understand how important it is to have a space where you can be fully yourself, without judgment or the pressure to conform. I love helping clients deconstruct the stories we’ve been told about what life “should” look like and instead explore what truly feels right and fulfilling for you. Together, we explore how systemic barriers and social expectations make it harder to thrive, understanding how oppression, expectations, and social norms impact your mental health and sense of self. View 6 Photos For many neurodivergent adults, this means learning to accept and celebrate the way your brain works and finding ways to make life work for you, rather than trying to fit the mold. For many gender-diverse folx, this means honoring your identity and creating space for yourself to build a life that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely yours.
