Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Progressively Renewed Marriage and Family Counseling Center, Inc., established in March 2025. I am passionate about serving individuals, couples, and families throughout Southern California, offering a supportive and collaborative space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change. Originally from Texas, I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and have called California home since 2015. With nearly a decade in mental health and four years licensed, I work with children 9+, adults, couples, and families using CBT, mindfulness, and optional faith-based counseling.
