You’re overwhelmed on the inside, even if you’re doing everything you can to hold it together. Maybe you’re anxious, on edge, or stuck in patterns you can’t think your way out of. Maybe your relationship feels strained, or you’re navigating the intense transition into parenthood. I help individuals and couples move out of survival mode and into steadier, more connected ways of living. My work is grounded in trauma, somatic therapy, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches. I work especially well with people who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected inside.
