It is human to have areas of our lives that feel knotted, stagnant, or just too heavy to carry alone. Too often we often shun these parts, or hyper focus on them, feeling we cannot start living our lives until we change them. I believe and work from the perspective that everything we experience, including anxiety, depression, and other challenging events have a role in our lives that can deepen our knowledge about ourselves and the world. My hope is that we find a way to embrace, accept, and transform these difficult life experiences in our work together, so that you can begin to live your life in a more fulfilling way.
