I believe every person that comes to therapy is unique, and because of this, I take on a holistic and collaborative approach. I do this by fostering a curious and nonjudgmental stance, and providing a safe and compassionate space for the client to voice their needs and what works best for them. I am extremely passionate about helping people process grief(dying of a loved one, life transitions, etc.) and bring them to a place of peace, acceptance, and happiness. Together we will explore your internal systems; parts of you that have been impacted by trauma, while simultaneously accentuating the parts of you that hold strengths. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, communication and boundary skills, and navigation of family dynamics. I help the client create purposeful ripples of change in their lives, that gain momentum and build a strong current.
