I am a white cisgender woman committed to advocacy and alliance with the LGBTQ+ community and communities of color. I work with women, men, & non-binary individuals; LGBTQIA+ identified folx & their families; young adults, older adults, and parents raising young children. I also love working as a "therapist's therapist," providing a supportive, safe space for other mental health professionals who are working through their own "stuff". I am a wife and a mother of three. I am bicultural (Greek-American), I am trilingual (English, Greek, and Spanish), and I am passionate about mental health and social justice.
