Elena works with clients from diverse backgrounds throughout the lifespan including, pre-teens, adolescents and young adults. She supports clients struggling with a variety of presenting concerns, including developmental transitions, childhood trauma, grief and loss, familial conflict, parenting, attachment and separation, anxiety and depression, school and behavioral challenges, gender and identity exploration as well as major life transitions. She has more than ten years of experience as an educator and holds certification in crisis intervention counseling.
