I have been helping parents, adults and children manage their difficult emotions for last 11 years. Whether it is feelings sad, anxious, frustrated or confused, I am here to support you and/or your family through this journey. One of the areas I focus on is reducing parental stress due to difficult behaviors (disruptive/oppositional) for parents with children ages 2-7. I also work with children and adults managing symptoms from trauma.
