You are thinking about starting therapy, yet, you feel anxious about coming to therapy and maybe have thoughts such as "I can do this alone" "Is therapy really going to help me?" Therapy can help you, and you don't have to navigate your struggles alone. My goal, first, is to connect with you. I seek to build a good connection with each person and build trust, and create a safe place. It is also my goal to work alongside you to reduce your symptoms and give you practical tools to use outside of therapy.
