I believe that everyone has the ability to lead a satisfying and productive life, and that it's never too late to start. We all also have the capacity to get "stuck" in unproductive situations or relationships. The key ingredients for a successful outcome in therapy are the individual's, couple's, or family's readiness for change, and the safe, supportive, collaborative relationship we develop. My deepest interest lies in helping clients recognize their own needs, goals, strengths, under-utilized talents, and decision-making capacity. With the clarity they obtain, I can help them take some necessary steps to improve their lives.
