I believe a safe and non-judgmental space to explore past traumas, current difficulties, and complex emotions is crucial to building a happy and fulfilling life. I enjoy working with adults, couples while specializing in LGBTQ+ individuals/couples/poly relationships. I aim to help clients manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other varying diagnoses as well as relationship, attachment, and intimacy challenges. I also have experience in working with psychotic disorders, specifically Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective disorder.
