Mental wellness is about recognizing your own strengths and believing in your ability to navigate whatever life may throw your way. This may include coping with emotional distress, facing a life transition, managing relationship dynamics, dealing with trauma, and more. I provide a nonjudgmental space to help you build understanding of your own emotions and behaviors while gaining tangible tools for your daily life. I am trained in evidence based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I utilize mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on self-compassion.
