Accepting new clients in person or virtual, effective Sept 2025. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, including adolescents, adults, and older adults/elders. Life is a complex, stressful, and often painful journey. I provide a warm, neutral space where you can begin to restore your sense of calm, and feel comfortable and supported telling your story. Together we navigate any past and present difficulties you are facing, build new perspective, learn healthy ways to cope, and pave the path to restore your emotional health and wellbeing. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and eclectic. I pull from various models.
