I recognize the vulnerability involved in seeking help. Having the courage to seek help is the first step in healing, reconnecting with yourself as well as shedding survival patterns. My clients often express carrying so much for so long, which may look like feeling disconnected from their bodies, big emotions or intuitively feeling something is “off". I take pride in providing a warm space where my clients feel safe to cry, laugh, and explore their strengths despite what life has thrown at them. I use a collaborative approach based on your goals and desires to grow. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I take pride in my continuing education to provide a culturally sensitive space.
