Life doesn't always go as planned, and asking for help isn't always easy. My goal is to create a supportive environment for you to explore life's challenges. Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse are all manageable, and you don't have to deal with them alone. I work with individuals, couples and families and approach diagnosis and treatment from a collaborative place. In session, I am interactive as I work alongside to you reach your goals. LGBTQ+ ally. I am a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) and a CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional). I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
