I find the most success with clients who are feeling very stuck in their lives, or clients who are very aware of themselves but still feel like they're not able to make the changes that they wish to. I am skilled at noticing patterns and aiding clients in experiencing meaningful growth. I firmly believe that you should feel some kind of relief or benefit after every session; our work will be collaborative, and you should feel like you're making a good investment. You deserve peace and rest. As a Mexican-American with a background in non-profit youth work, I have a strong lens of family systems, diversity, and attachment theory. I am most experienced working with couples & individuals and teens aged 13+. I specialize in OCD & anxiety, men's and women's issues, perfectionism, and complex trauma especially as it relates to family of origin.
