Are you dealing with stress, sadness, or overwhelming worry? Have you experienced a loss? Are you having trouble with sleep? Are you overrun with "what ifs" or feelings of inadequacy? My name is Ingrid and I am the resident therapist and coach. I work best with counseling clients that are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, grief, sleep disruption, and/or poor self-care. This ideal client is ready for change but needs encouragement, accountability and support to discover their individual path towards acceptance, balance, or restoration. Throughout the year, coaching groups are available to offer support and community.
