You’ve tried coping, insight, or “talking it through,” but something still feels unresolved. You’re ready for therapy that helps shift what’s been stuck beneath the surface. I work with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients are people of color, LGBTQ+ folx, trauma survivors, and those in non-monogamous, polyamorous, or alternative relationship structures who want therapy where they don’t have to explain themselves to be understood.
