At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to holding a safe and secure space for you—just as you are. I believe that healing begins in connection, and my goal is to co-create a space that feels safe, affirming, and free of judgment. It’s within that space that growth, healing, and self-discovery can begin to unfold. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, social anxiety, trauma, attachment, identity development, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and perinatal mental health.
