I believe therapy works best when the therapist and client work together to identify, understand, and work through the issues in their lives. I believe in partnering with my clients to assist them in understanding their emotions and behaviors. I studied at Brenau University and am have been a therapist for over 6 years. I am passionate about working with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults, especially in the LGBTQ+ population. I am trained in cognitive behavioral techniques, and I like to use creative interventions in addition to open dialogues in session to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of my clients.
