As a licensed clinical psychologist, I understand that in the face of adversity a person’s view of self and view of the world can shift. Oftentimes that shift can lead a person to feel displaced and uncertain of how to cope. Through a supportive therapeutic partnership, I aim to empower my clients to utilize internal strengths in order to regain a sense of self and discover a source of resilience. I use a relational and warm therapeutic approach that is informed by cognitive behavioral principles.
