I am a therapist with over 20 years of experience working as a neuroscientist investigating the brain mechanisms of mental health conditions. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and the Director of the Stress Neurobiology Laboratory at McLean Hospital.
