In my practice, I strive to be practical, humble and approachable. I provide comfort and relatability with practical solutions to the problems of living. I will work with you to help you develop resilience so that you can face the challenges of life more skillfully. I have a wide range of clinical and mentoring experiences ranging from working with parents and children to counseling teenagers and young adults. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, a certified Circle of Security parenting instructor and a meditation teacher.
