Imagine being in a space that feels open, accepting, free of judgment—where you can show up as your full self without ever needing to censor or adjust who you are. I understand how challenging it can be to find a therapeutic environment where you feel like you truly belong, and it’s deeply meaningful to witness the relief clients experience when they’re able to engage authentically in the therapeutic journey. My primary focus is supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, sexuality-related concerns, and Neurodiverse clients. I have completed and continue to pursue specialized training and education in Sex Therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, validated, and respected for exactly who you are. I practice humility when it comes to your identity/ies, your lived experience, and always honor your right to autonomy. It’s a privilege to support people through their therapeutic journeys, in whatever form that journey may look like.
