My passion lies in helping people transform how they view and communicate with the world in order to improve their relationship with themselves and with others. Prioritizing a strong relationship with my clients allows me to create a safe space where emotional experiences can be explored and new insights discovered. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I naturally remain neutral and non-judgmental to allow for physical, emotional and relational healing to begin.
