I am a certified Level-3 trained IFS therapist, and many clients find me because I have thorough training in the IFS model. My specialty is in working with individuals who have experienced trauma that has caused ongoing distress. I help people access their innate healing ability that may be blocked by the effects of traumatic events, or simply from being raised by parents who could not meet or support your developmental needs. You already have the courage and confidence you need to heal, my job is to help you access it and use it for your growth and well being. I am certified in IFS (internal family systems) and EMDR therapies with extensive training in them as well as relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies. We will work together to create an approach that feels natural and supports you to the changes you want in your life. I have trainings listed on my website.
