**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** Anxiety and depression can be crippling to ones ability to succeed in life. I strive to help individuals to not only overcome these challanges, yet to be able to find new pathways of thinking that they can use throughout their life. Using techniques derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy, I work with clients and tailor my treatment to each clients individual needs. I love helping them & their families overcome stressors which may affect the entire family.
