I am an LICSW Psychotherapist providing Telehealth services throughout Alabama. I can help you break free from limiting thoughts and beliefs that create fear, anxiety, depression and emotional pain. As a trauma-informed therapist, I also seek to reduce self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns of toxic relationships. I provide a wide variety of psychoeducational materials and techniques to promote a higher level of knowledge, insight and coping skills.
