I also specialize in helping individuals heal their relationship with food, particularly those dealing with emotional eating. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, I guide clients toward developing a healthier mindset around these matters, cultivating self-compassion, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
