I’m a licensed social worker and therapist with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. As a neurodivergent clinician (I’m autistic and have ADHD), I integrate both professional training and personal lived experience into my practice. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, major life changes, and questions around identity. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or simply worn out from trying to navigate systems that weren’t built with them in mind.
