Being compassionate and offering a safe, tranquil healing space for self discovery and personal empowerment is very important to me. My areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, major life changes, substance abuse, and women's issues. I am an EMDR certified therapist, and also offer insight oriented therapy, and mindfulness based practices. I have been working in the field of social work for over 30 years with a Masters in Social Work from Boston College and a Masters in Liberal Arts/concentration in Psychology from Harvard University.
